▲3. 15KV Insulating Rubber Mat

1. Overview of 15KV Insulating Rubber Mat:
(1) Introduction: Enhances the insulation between workers and the ground, made from special rubber. Also known as insulating rubber mat, insulating mat, insulating blanket, etc. Features high volume resistivity and wear resistance. Manufactured from non-polar rubbers with excellent insulation properties such as NR, SBR, and IIR. Used as tabletop or floor insulation material in distribution and other work environments.
(2) Appearance: Blemishes or unevenness: depth or height must not exceed the thickness tolerance of the mat; Bubbles: no more than 5 bubbles per square meter with an area less than 1cm2, and the distance between any two bubbles should be at least 40mm; Impurities: depth and length should not exceed the mat thickness and must be less than 40mm; Irregular edges or sponginess: width should not exceed 10mm, length should not exceed 1/10 of the total mat length; Cracks: not allowed.
